Rob I can totally relate on the fun you had to get the new Iphone. I went to my AT&T store and went early and all they had left was 32 GB and I hadn't planned on buying that one but I did. The guy took forever to get it setup and then I took it home and all night long it kept wanting to turn off. So I had to call Apple only to be told that they will have to ship me a new one and it was so frustrating. The only good thing is that I received the new one the next day and everything is great!
